Create and rotate dev clients

Creates clients for the upload page or a test script, rotates their secrets and registers their webhooks. A new secret is shown once.

Rotate a secret

Otherwise the old secret keeps working for 7 days, so the caller can switch. Stopping it refuses new tokens at once; tokens it already got expire within 5 minutes.

Register a webhook

Sessions of this client post a signed completion webhook here when they close. The first registration shows the signing key; changing the URL keeps it.

Send a test webhook

Posts one signed sample session.completed to the client's webhook and shows the status it answered. Its session id names no session.

Rotate a webhook signing key

Otherwise webhooks are signed with both keys for 7 days, so the receiver can switch.
